Wei Ling has been involved in contentious civil and commercial matters, including shareholder disputes, breach of fiduciary duties, tortious claims and insolvency proceedings. Wei Ling also advises clients on non-contentious corporate, regulatory, compliance and employment matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Wei Ling was involved in real estate and financing transactions for various properties as well as disputes involving management corporations. Wei Ling also worked at government agencies where she led digital conveyancing projects, advised on transactions relating to State properties as well as reviewed legislative and governance issues relating to the digitalisation of instruments.
