Our roots as Singapore lawyers.
As a team comprising lawyers whose primary qualification is in Singapore law, we act for clients in a wide range of disputes or contentious matters within the Singapore judicial system. Such matters include employment disputes, boardroom conflicts, medical negligence claims, insolvency proceedings. We regularly represent clients before the Supreme Court and State Courts of Singapore and the Singapore International Commercial Court (SICC).
Our litigation practice encompasses more than advocacy within the Singapore judicial system. Our work extends to the various modes of alternative dispute resolution adopted within the Singapore legal framework such as domestic arbitration in Singapore, mediation administered by the Singapore Mediation Centre and the Singapore International Mediation Centre, adjudication under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 2004, determinations under the Covid-19 (Temporary Measures Act) 2020, and tribunals appointed by the Strata Titles Board.
