Specialising exclusively in international arbitration, Kee Loon’s practice encompasses all aspects of commercial, energy and building disputes with a focus on major engineering projects and investments in the South-east Asia region.
Nicholas Tan
Partner
Nicholas specialises in international arbitration, international litigation and arbitration-related litigation. Prior to co-founding Chua & Partners LLP, Nicholas started his practice in the Singapore office of a globally recognized international firm, before making Partner in one of Singapore’s foremost law firms.
Sheryl Koh
Partner
Sheryl focuses her practice on commercial dispute resolution, in both international arbitration and litigation. She has advised clients across a broad spectrum of contentious matters including company and shareholder disagreements, construction disputes, defamation, employment issues, insolvency proceedings, investment conflicts, joint venture clashes and Web3 disputes.

Si Ming’s practice primarily focuses on international arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution for clients in the infrastructure, construction, and energy sector. He also regularly advises and represents clients from other industries and specialised fields ranging from finance to Web3.

Joel Yap
Counsel
Joel focuses his corporate work practice with an emphasis on cross-border private and public mergers and acquisitions, fund raisings and joint ventures. He has advised listed companies, venture capital and private equity across many domestic and cross-border transactions. Being both fluent in both conversant and written Chinese, Joel also advises a number of Chinese corporations on domestic and cross-border transactions.
Kelvin Leong

Kelvin graduated from the University of Nottingham with a Second Class Honours (Upper). He is developing his practice focusing on construction and infrastructural disputes, with a keen interest in disputes involving technical elements.
Shaquil Woozeer
Associate
Shaquil graduated magna cum laude from Singapore Management University. He aspires to develop a commercial disputes practice in both international arbitration and cross-border litigation.
Chan Wei Ling

Wei Ling has been involved in contentious civil and commercial matters, including shareholder disputes, breach of fiduciary duties, tortious claims and insolvency proceedings. Wei Ling also advises clients on non-contentious corporate, regulatory, compliance and employment matters.
Rahul Vyan Nayar
Associate
Rahul graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Second Class Honours (Upper). Having recently been called to the Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor, he aspires to develop his legal and technical skills across a broad variety of matters in both a disputes practice and advisory function, including commercial disputes, employment matters and international arbitration.
